Parents Involved In Education

 

 

At Lincoln Elementary School, we feel parent participation in their child's education is a crucial element to school success.  It sends a a message to children that teachers and families are committed to a quality education.

Because of this philosophy we ask that you volunteer at our school in a way that best fits your needs and schedule.  Please read the following and consider where your help would be appropriate.  Lincoln School values all our VOLUNTEERS!

  • Classroom Volunteer-Room parent, organize parties, assist teachers, baked goods, field trips.
  • School-Wide Volunteer-Cooperative Games Day, RIF-Reading Is FUNdamental
  • PTO/Accountability-Meets second Thursday of each month

We will also provide Parent Workshops fostering a Home School connection on communication skills your children are learning at Lincoln.  Dates and times to be announced.

  • Parent Workshops- Discovery-P's & Attending Skills (K-6), Bully Prevention (K-6), Conflict Resolution (K-3), Transactional Analysis (5/6)
