Literacy Resources 

Are Available For Checkout By 

Students and Staff   

Students are allowed to check out books from the Literacy Room.  They are allowed to check out 1 book at a time.  They can come to the room (an adult must be in the room with them) and choose either a regular book or an Accelerated Reader book at their reading level.  They then sign the checkout card and leave the card in the pocket with their teacher's name on it.  When they have finished the book, they drop it in the red box below the checkout envelopes and pick out another book.  

Teachers are allowed to check out books, multiple copies of books, guided reading boxes, learning games, math manipulatives, books on tape, reproducible masters on various topics from alphabets, comprehension, phonics, etc.
