 What do FTA students do?

¨      The FTA student will provide reliable daily support to learning activities in his/her assigned classroom under the direct supervision of the cooperating teacher.

¨      The FTA student will write a short report describing the preparation done by the cooperating teacher to become a classroom teacher.

¨      The FTA student will prepare a list of the activities he/she helped with in the classroom during the quarter.

¨      The student will develop a plausible education plan to follow as he/she prepares for a career in education.

¨      The 3rd quarter FTA student will teach a lesson under the supervision of the cooperating teacher and prepare a report in PowerPoint form or a scrapbook layout with pictures of students.

¨      The 4th quarter FTA student will make a video or website about the learning units.
