Letter of Introduction

    Hello and welcome to Room 111.  I am pleased to be working with your child this year.  My name is Mary Pirraglia.  I have been teaching in Fremont RE-1 for eighteen years.  I have taught sixth and first grades at Lincoln Elementary and second and first at Washington.  Prior to teaching in Canon City, I taught fourth and sixth grade in Florence.  I received my B.A. from Adams State College and have done my graduate studies at Adams, UNC and USC.

    I want you to know how excited I am about sharing this year of your child’s life.  We will study and learn an amazing amount of material this year.  Feel free to call and visit our classroom anytime. You will be an integral part of the adventure of First Grade!
